UIL awards BISD’s Patsy Lewis the Teacher, Coach, or Sponsor what ever title you want to give her- the UIL calls her the Best.  BHS Principal Brandon Jones read a letter, from the UIL, to Ms Lewis during the School Board meeting Feb. 10.
